We modernised several streams of the PET keg assembly line.
We have implemented universal capping blocks for working with cheaper raw materials and rebuilt several streams for the production line. Modernization was carried out in conditions of complete lack of access to the documentation and source codes of the line.
We managed to bring the line to nominal performance without violating the warranty, as we did not make changes to the firmware of the line controllers.
The modernization of the line provided the opportunity to work with any raw material. This allowed the customer to pursue a more flexible policy regarding the purchase of raw materials.
